Occu Kids Club 1

A great financial foundation starts early! Parents, are you looking for kid friendly, interest-earning savings accounts and FREE online education resources? We have you covered!

Oklahoma Central Credit Union is passionate about helping teachers and families as they educate young Oklahomans, especially as they prepare to financially navigate their futures.  We believe in supporting financial well-being and building strong financial futures through FREE tools and programs used to make smart money decisions and improve finances for the next generation.

Youth Club

One of the best ways to teach kids about money is to start a savings account. Our Kids Club and Varsity Club Savings Accounts offer an easy way for your kids to learn financial responsibility and save up for what they want! Kids aged 0-12 can join the Kids Club and earn fun prizes for money-saving milestones. Teens 13-17 can open a Varsity Club account tailored just for them! Benefits of both include:

  • 00% APY* on balances $25.00 – $499.99
  • $5.00 minimum deposit to open
  • No monthly fees

In addition, we’re giving away an iPad and more to youth members who complete learning modules via Banzai! Visit to get started.

Financial Capability

Oklahoma Central has partnered with Banzai to bring FREE financial education to our young members. Banzai was awarded Curriculum of the Year by the Institute for Financial Literacy and is used by more than 50,000 schools in all 50 states.

Banzai provides online activities designed for youth and adults, and a content library of the financial topics you care about the most. Banzai Junior is for ages 8 to 12 years; Banzai Teen is for ages 13 to 18 years; and Banzai Plus is for adults. When our young members complete the Banzai Junior course or Banzai Teen course, they can bring their certificate of completion into any of our eleven branches and redeem for a treasure.

Parents – we’ve got your needs covered, too. Our website is full of free financial capability offerings for adults: articles, modules, financial counselors, webinars, and more. This is just one of the ways we fulfill our mission to make a difference in the lives of our employees, members, and the communities we serve!
