Operation School Bell Brings School Spirit to TPS Students

Every elementary student enrolled in Tulsa Public Schools is receiving a new “We Are Tulsa” spirit shirt this fall, thanks to Operation School Bell, a program of Assistance League of Tulsa.

The shirts, designed in collaboration with district leadership, can be worn at both uniform and non-uniform schools, giving students a comfortable way to show their school pride.

For more than 50 years, Operation School Bell has partnered with TPS to provide students with new clothing, personal care items and school supplies. The organization also helps high school students pay for concurrent enrollment classes at Tulsa Community College.

Together, these programs provide approximately $767,000 in annual assistance to TPS families.
