Tulsa Animal Services Launches New Online Lost Pet Map
An interactive tool helps reunite missing pets with their families.
Tulsa Animal Services (TAS) is proud to announce the launch of a new online Lost Pet Map, giving Tulsa residents a powerful, easy-to-use tool to help reunite missing pets with their families.
The interactive map provides a real-time view of TAS pet intakes and public-reported lost pets over the last 90 days. For the first time, pet owners can search the map for recently impounded animals, report their own lost pets, or connect with someone who may have found them.
“Our mission is to reunite families with their pets and reduce the stress and heartbreak that comes with losing a companion animal,” said Sherri Carrier, Director of Tulsa Animal Services. “This new map not only increases transparency, but also gives pet owners and neighbors a simple, accessible tool to take action right away.”
“Lost pets aren’t just an animal welfare issue – they’re a public safety concern and a community issue,” Laurel Roberts, Tulsa Public Safety Commissioner, said. “By equipping residents with real-time tools like this, we’re strengthening the partnership between the city and our community to ensure more pets make it home safely.”
