They’re fun, they’re fast, they’re toddlers, and they (you) need to have an activity! We’ve highlighted some key activities for toddlers in the Tulsa area that we think you’ll enjoy doing with your little play date. Also, be sure to find a story time that works for you, and our daily calendar is always a helpful resource.

Tiny Tots at Wheels and Thrills

  • When: Thursdays at 10 a.m.; Saturdays, 9-11 a.m.
  • Where: Wheels and Thrills, 10637 N. Garnett Rd., Owasso

Kids ages 6 and under can enjoy a special time just for them twice a week at Wheels and Thrills! Favorite cartoon and other characters visit Saturday mornings. Tiny Tots also meets occasional Monday evenings.


Monday Morning Programming

  • When: Mondays, 11-11:30 a.m.
  • Where: Discovery Lab, 3123 S. Riverside Dr. 

Early learners and their caregivers can participate in educational activities taught by experienced educators.


Bikes & Balls

  • When: Wednesdays, 9:30-11 a.m.
  • Where: Whiteside Community Center, 4009 S. Pittsburg Ave.

For ages 1-5. Young children can socialize while parents connect! Please bring your own riding toy. $1 per child drop-in fee. Meets only while TPS is in session.


Oxley Seedlings

  • When: 2nd Tuesday of every month (except June, July, and August) and a second one the Friday following the second Tuesday, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
  • Where: Oxley Nature Center, 6700 Mohawk Blvd.

Kids ages 1-5 and their caregivers are invited to have some fun outside or doing a natural craft activity. Registration required.


Adventure Tots

  • When: Three Tuesdays a month, 10-11 a.m.
  • Where: Central Park, 1500 S. Main St., Broken Arrow

This is a class for toddlers ages 2-4 with parent participation that fosters a sense of adventure in learning through interactive play. Toddlers will explore and develop skills through sensory activities that stimulate all five senses. Cost is $10 for the month (3 classes). Sign up at secure.rec1.com/OK/broken-arrow-ok/catalog


Little Garden Explorers

  • When: Wednesdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. 
  • Where: Philbrook Museum, 2727 S. Rockford Rd. 

A drop-in play time for children under 5.


Nature Tots

Ray Harral Nature Center hosts this nature programs for early learners. There are sessions for different age groups, 2-3 and 4-5. Each age group will meet three times a month, with a different theme each month.
