Bring your child to the library and work together to complete a scavenger hunt on the Dewey Decimal System. Helping Tulsa homeowners planning for the year ahead, the 2020 Tulsa Remodel & Landscape Show brings customers face-to-face with contractors and vendors to help them select professional experts for home improvement projects. The event begins on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and runs until 7:00 p.m. before starting back up on Saturday at 10:00am and open until 7:00 p.m. again. Join us as we celebrate African-American History Month by exploring various online resources to inform, educate, inspire and introduce the history of African-Americans in America.
Teenagers will journey from the snow leopard’s Himalayan habitat to bamboo forests where red pandas dwell, all while discovering what it’s like to work in a zoo. Cost $25 per class. More information and registration at tulsazoo.org/classes.

Woodland Hills Mall invites the community to a “ZOMBIES 2” event, aimed at entertaining and delighting children of all ages. The event will take place on Saturday, February 22 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
During the event, families will be able to participate in a variety of activities including; a craft project to create their own “ZOMBIES 2” sling bag, an exclusive photo opportunity, face painting and various giveaways. The fun starts in the lower level, Center Court.
This event does not include live character appearances.
Additionally, Woodland Hills Mall will host cheer performances by the TCA All-Stars/SSB Kids, face painters, a balloon twister and DJ. That’s not all! The first 150 children who arrive at the “ZOMBIES 2” event will receive Woodland Hills Mall-branded neon pink and green pom poms.
Disney’s “ZOMBIES 2” the highly anticipated sequel to the Disney Channel Original Movie “ZOMBIES” is a music-and dance-filled story that picks up as cheerleader Addison and zombie football player Zed are readying for Seabrook High’s Prawn, the school’s super-sized prom. Our 10th Annual Mardi Gras Parade is happening Saturday, Feb. 22nd at 7pm. Come out and line the streets the SATURDAY BEFORE FAT TUESDAY for an amazing time in the Blue Dome District! Our Parade will be directly followed by Mardi Gras Parties, Music, Drinking, Dancing and FUN throughout our district. Kids are welcome and encouraged to come out and watch the Parade. It’s February, so bundle up! We love seeing you all dressed up with masks on and be ready to collect some beads!!

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma presents the 15th annual “Cooking Up Compassion” in the Tulsa Ballroom at Cox Business Center. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and offers changes to the event mix this year with some of Tulsa’s best chefs offering up small plates along with ample food stations and a mix and mingle atmosphere.
