Outstanding Seniors Submission Form

TulsaKids is celebrating the class of 2026 in our May issue! This form is for school representatives to submit their designated (up to 4) outstanding senior(s) by completing the form below. You will need to submit a new form for each selected student. If you have any questions, please reach out to hello@tulsakids.com.

I am confirming this student has appropriate photo and media permission for their information to be published in TulsaKids Magazine, on tulsakids.com, and TulsaKids social media.(Required)
Examples: "Jordan is varsity soccer captain and a National Honor Society member. She volunteers weekly with a local food bank and serves as student council vice president. Jordan will play soccer for the University of Oklahoma where she plans to study business." "Mateo’s dedication to fine arts has earned him several awards during high school, highlighted by a top prize at a youth arts competition. Following graduation, he hopes to relocate to the East Coast to pursue a BFA in art."

This will ideally be the student's senior photo. Photos should be 300 dpi.
