Fall Drink Menus in Tulsa

And other seasonal treats

It may be pumpkin spice season, but many local coffeeshops in Tulsa have revealed fall drink menus that go way beyond the PSL. I have yet to get out and try most of them, but…boy, do I want to! So I thought it would be fun to list some of these seasonal drink lists in one place. Which do you want to try first? And – because I know this list is by no means comprehensive – please let me know your favorite seasonal drinks, treats or menus in the comments! I’ll try to update this article as more info becomes available.

Finally, I should note that, in addition to my social media use, this post was inspired by an article on seasonal offerings that Kristi Roe Owen wrote for TulsaKids a few winters ago.

Cirque Coffee (Three locations)

Hopefully I’ll remember to update this as the official start of fall nears. But Cirque created a special end-of-summer signature drink menu ” to give you the experience of both the end of summer and the beginning of fall.” The lineup is:

  • Strawberry Peppercorn Tonic (strawberry and tonic water, a hint of black pepper, espresso)
  • Shaken Carrot Cake Espresso (carrot, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple, espresso)

Copper Key Coffeehouse (4 W. Dawes Ave., Bixby)

Copper Key moved from Jenks to Bixby several years ago, and has a wonderful location on Main Street. Their fall menu includes everything pumpkin: Pumpkin lattes, cold brew, etc. One drink of note, as found on their Instagram page, is the Coconut Pumpkin Iced Latte – a coconut pumpkin latte with vanilla cold foam.

Coracle Coffee (314 S. Cincinnati Ave.)

Coracle Coffee recently moved into a space across from the Tulsa PAC that was formerly Origin Downtown, formerly Triangle Coffee. We’ve enjoyed all iterations of this space! Coracle’s playful fall menu includes:

  • Count Blendula – frozen, blended vanilla latte with Oreos
  • Lorelai Latte – brown sugar/nutmeg latte
  • S’mores Cortado – 4 oz. mocha topped with graham cracker and torched marshmallow
  • Caramel Apple Latte – latte made with freeze-dried apples
  • The Great Chumpkin – pumpkin chai

Handmade BA (732 W. New Orleans St., Broken Arrow)

Handmade in Broken Arrow is a huge space – and they even have play houses for kids! So it’s a great place for parents of littles to hang out. Their fall lineup includes:

  • Peach pie shaken espresso (with real peach puree!)
  • Cinnamon vanilla chai
  • Two classics – the pumpkin spice latte and caramel latte
  • Cranberry energy refresher (using green coffee beans)
  • Apple cinnamon sweet tea
  • Organic apple spice kombucha
  • Black honey drip (dark roast coffee)

Handmade makes most of their flavors in-house, although they did say the caramel sauce in the caramel latte is Ghiradelli…no complaints there.

Laurannae (112 W. Commercial St., Broken Arrow)

I was thrilled to finally visit Laurannae several weeks ago. It’s such a beautiful shop, full of dried florals and greenery. They’ve also been hosting movie nights, so it will be fun to see if that continues through the fall. Here’s their fall drink menu:

  • Autumn chai
  • Caramel apple tea
  • White chocolate pumpkin latte
  • S’mores latte

Of course, Laurannae is also known for its baked goods, so I’m sure they have plenty of other autumnal treats as well.

Paréa Coffee Company (10111 E. 81st St., Ste. A)

I look forward to trying Paréa Coffee Company soon! They started as a truck and have recently opened a gorgeous new cafe in south Tulsa. Lots of dark greens and brown leather. Their fall menu is now available:

  • Pumpkin Chai Latte
  • Pumpkin Frappe
  • Apple Cider
  • Cinnamon Dolce Latte
  • Pumpkin Pie Latte

Shades of Brown Coffee & Art (3302 S. Peoria Ave.)

Shades of Brown always comes up with some fascinating seasonal concoctions. Here’s what’s new in 2024:

  • Candy Mountain: Espresso, white chocolate, creme de menth and steamed milk
  • Cellar Door: Hot chai with mexican chili syrup, orange aromatics, cayenne and steamed oat milk
  • Almost Old Fashioned: Iced latte with oak barrel bourbon caramel, cherry, orange and bitters
  • Alchemist Tea: Hot tea blend of masala chai and tumeric ginger, steamed coconut milk with a little cardamom syrup
  • The Bonfire: Latte with maple syrup, a touch of liquid smoke and a hint of cayenne

Topeca Coffee (Multiple Locations)

Topeca announced on Sept. 13 that their fall menu includes a pumpkin pie latte with butternut spice whipped cream (yum!); “chaider;” “peachy cascara chai energy;” brown sugar maple latte; and chai sweet foam cold brew. They use a housemade chai and, according to social media, they’re “a little obsessed” with it. Eager to give it a try!

Other Seasonal Treats

Boba

This list is more focused on coffee shops, but a lot of boba shops will have seasonal menus as well. Check some out here: tulsakids.com/where-to-grab-boba-in-tulsa

Ice Cream

  • Rose Rock Microcreamery (502 E. 3rd St.): Follow them on social media for updates! They’re constantly adding new flavors to the menu.
  • Big Dipper Creamery (1124 S. Lewis Ave.; 120 N. Main St., Sand Springs; 3633 S. Peoria Ave.): The best way to experience Big Dipper’s fall flavors is to buy a flight of six small scoops. As with Rose Rock, flavors change frequently, so follow them on social media to discover their latest concoctions.
  • Frio’s Gourmet Pops (105 N. Greenwood Ave.): We loved going to Frio’s a couple times over the summer, and it looks like we’ll just have to keep going back, even in the colder seasons! Past fall flavors have included Tiramisu (a thousand times yes!), Pumpkin Cheesecake and S’mores.

OK Cookie Momster (3324 E. 31st St.)

OK Cookie Momster is my favorite place to get cookies in Tulsa. And for fall, they have some delicious frosted pumpkin cookies that are very popular!

Again, let me know what I missed! Obviously, I haven’t touched on seasonal brewery menus, etc., since I very rarely go there 🙁 But would love to hear about what I’m missing out on!
