Four thousand.

As of Friday afternoon, May 15, 4,009 cars and drivers were registered to be a part of Capital Cruise. “Four thousand registrations for Capital Cruise is a truly stunning number,” said Oklahoma Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell. “This proves without a doubt that this will be the nation’s signature Route 66 Centennial Celebration, and that people everywhere know that if you want to see America, you have to see Oklahoma, and Tulsa is prepared to roll out the red carpet for visitors worldwide. I’m honored to be a grand marshal in Capital Cruise, and I’ll see you on May 30!”

Drivers from as far away as Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, Wyoming and Wisconsin are planning to be a part of the May 30 celebration. In all, drivers from 43 states, Canada and France have signed up.
