Downtown Midweek Market Announces New Home at Santa Fe Square Plaza and Strategic Partnership with McNellie’s Group

Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) is proud to announce the return of the 2026 Downtown Midweek Market with an exciting new location and a partnership with McNellie’s Group. Now entering its fourth year, the weekly market will take place at Santa Fe Square Plaza, 415 E. 2nd St. S., in the center of the Blue Dome District.
Running Wednesdays from April 15 through November 4 (excluding August), 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., the open-air market continues to grow as a midweek anchor for local commerce, fresh food access, and downtown activation.
A New Location in the Heart of Blue Dome
The move to Santa Fe Square Plaza places the market in one of downtown’s most dynamic districts. Surrounded by locally owned restaurants, residential living, and small businesses, the new location increases accessibility for residents, office workers, and visitors alike.
The 2026 market is presented in partnership with the McNellie’s Group, a collaboration rooted in years of shared commitment to Downtown Tulsa’s growth.
Downtown Tulsa Partnership has worked closely with Elliot Nelson, Founder/CEO of
“Downtown Tulsa has become one of the region’s most exciting food destinations, and Santa Fe Square adds another place for people to experience that energy,” said Nelson. “Hosting the Midweek Market here creates a fun opportunity for visitors to shop local producers while also enjoying the restaurants and new food and drink concepts surrounding the plaza, including Maestro and the soon-to-open Forno Santo.”
By activating the plaza during the week, the market is expected to drive additional foot traffic to surrounding restaurants and retailers, reinforcing the Blue Dome District as a hub for business growth and community life.
Expanding Fresh Food Access and Economic Opportunity
Beyond economic activation, the Downtown Midweek Market continues to address a critical need: access to fresh food in downtown Tulsa.
For many residents, downtown remains a food desert. The Midweek Market brings fresh produce directly into the neighborhood, reducing the need to drive outside the urban core for groceries. It also provides a convenient stop for employees heading home from work who want to shop local and purchase fresh, Oklahoma-grown products.
In 2025, the market began accepting SNAP/EBT benefits and will continue doing so starting with the first market on April 15. The market will also participate in the Double Up Oklahoma program, allowing EBT cardholders to stretch their dollars further when purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables.
“We’re excited to bring the Downtown Tulsa Midweek Market back for its fourth season – bigger and better than ever – at Santa Fe Square Plaza in partnership with McNellie’s Group,” said Emily Scott, Interim President & CEO, Downtown Tulsa Partnership. “With up to 30 local vendors, live music, and community activities, the market offers fresh groceries in the heart of Downtown, and we’re proud to continue accepting SNAP while welcoming the Double Up Oklahoma program to help families stretch their dollars on fresh produce.”
