Hope's Crossing Camp
Hope’s Crossing Camp is a FREE day camp for kids ages 8 -15 years old with cognitive or physical disabilities such as heart disease, cancer, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and Down syndrome.
Our goal is to provide life changing experiences for each camper that are fun, challenging, socially enriching, and tailored to each camper.
Hope’s Crossing Camp is located at Camp Loughridge in West Tulsa.
Activities: Campers can participate in ALL activities including fishing, swimming, canoeing, archery, basketball, soccer, arts and crafts and a zip line designed for children with disabilities under the guidance of a certified ropes instructor.
Counselors and Staff: Are ALL volunteers, selected for their positive values and maturity, as well as their ability and desire to work with children with special needs. Counselors are high school students, college students, and young adults, ages 16-30.
Camp Week: June 30-July 4, 2025
With other events throughout the year: Family Fall Festival (Sept. 28, 2024), Christmas Party (Dec. 6, 2024), Valentine’s Dance (Jan. 31, 2025) and a Spring Event (April 12, 2025).
