There are several pumpkin patches in Tulsa for you to visit, and I've shared with you my pumpkin patch reviews in years past. I hadn't yet visited Pumpkin Town since they moved locations, so this year we thought we'd give it a go!
Pumpkin Town is located near 61st and Garnett in Tulsa. Yes, they used to be at 81st and Mingo, but they've moved, so don't go to the wrong place!
Admission per person is $10, and you get quite a bit for that admission. You can pay extra for pony rides and some of the games, but most of the activities are included in the admission price! There's a hay bale pile to climb on,
a HUGE jumping pillow,
a "Rat Roller,"
which the kids were really good at, but it freaked me out! I was so afraid I was going to slip and run myself over!
The "Hop-a-long Race Track" was quite entertaining…for those of us watching!
I don't remember what this was called, but it looks like the farmer's answer to a carousel.
There are several photo ops, which I love. My nephew, Asher and my Alec had so much fun on the tractors and ran around from activity to activity so fast I could hardly keep up with them!
In addition to the jumping pillow there are two other bouncy slides as well.
There are a couple of food vendors and a tent with live music so you can sit and eat and dance and have a good time. Pumpkin Town is a little bit fair and a little bit festival and fun for the whole family!
I got such a kick out of the "Cow Milking Station." FYI, that is not a real cow.
The milking cow is in a barn with some other fun activities for little ones. I didn't get a picture of it since my kids are older, but there is also a great little play area for toddlers and little ones right next to this barn as well.
There are also some chickens!
You keep thinking the blog is going to be over, but there's more! There's a Hay ride and a horse drawn carriage and a cow train!
Then there's a store where you can buy pumpkins, gourds and all kinds of other fun gifts.
Finally, we picked out our pumpkins, which we have yet to carve, but we'll get to it before Halloween!
Happy almost Halloween everyone!
See you around town,
Missy David, the Honeybee Mama
