Free Family Movie Series at Circle Cinema Featured During Summer Reading Program

Readers and movie lovers are invited to beat the heat by taking the fun indoors for free “Summer Movies @ Circle Cinema.”

As part of Tulsa City-County Library’s summer reading program, “All Together Now: Kindness Friendship & Unity,” enjoy a family-friendly movie at Circle Cinema, 10 S. Lewis, Thursdays beginning at 1 p.m. Children will have their choice of popcorn, candy or a drink with their ticket. Seating is limited.

Movie showings include:

  • June 22        Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
  • June 29        Minions: The Rise of Gru
  • July 6           Spirited Away
  • July 13         The Bad Guys

The annual summer reading program is ongoing through July 31. All four age groups – littles, children, teens/tweens and adults – can read their way to incentive prizes. Readers can begin submitting their completed reading logs June 20 to receive their coupon booklet, prizes, and medals for littles and children.
