REGAL HORROR FEST 2017

  • When: October 2-31, Monday and Tuesday (See complete schedule here)
  • Where: Broken Arrow Warren Theater, 1700 Aspen Creek Drive S.

Regal Horror Fest is a month-long celebration of the horror genre. See single or double features every Monday and Tuesday evening in October. Single features are $5, double features are $10. 

MOVIE IN THE PARK: “HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER’S STONE”

  • When: Thursday, Oct. 5, 8:30 p.m.
  • Where: Guthrie Green, 111 E. M.B. Brady St.

Head downtown to Guthrie Green for a free showing of “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.” Bring a picnic, or purchase food from Mr. Nice Guys or the newly opened The Goods Bodega at Detroit and Archer!


MOVIE NIGHT IN THE PATCH

  • When: Friday, Oct. 13, 6:30 p.m.
  • Where: Pumpkin Patch for Missions, 13800 E. 106th St. N.

Visit Pumpkin Patch for Missions and watch “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” with your family. Free to the public. Bring a chair or blankets and enjoy. Movie begins at dusk.


MOVIE IN THE PARK: “FRIDAY THE 13th

  • When: Friday, Oct. 13
  • Where: Guthrie Green, 111 E. M.B. Brady St.

You might want to leave the kids at home for this one! “Friday the 13th” is a classic horror film from the producers of “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” But if you love horror, what better way to spend the Friday the 13th before Halloween?


MOVIE IN THE GARDEN: “HOCUS POCUS"

  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
  • Where: Central Library, 400 Civic Center

Join Central Library for a bit of "Hocus Pocus" in the garden! Enjoy crafts and activities while watching the movie. Rated PG. For all ages.


MOVIE IN THE GARDEN: “POLTERGEIST”

  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 18, 7-9 p.m.
  • Where: Central Library, 400 Civic Center

Get into the spirit of the season with this modern horror classic from 1982 in which a typical suburban family home is invaded by ghosts. Rated PG. Bring your chairs and blankets. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Movie begins at 7 p.m. For teens and adults.


SPOOKY CINEMA: “INSIDIOUS”

  • When: Tuesday, Oct. 24, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Where: Central Library, 400 Civic Center

Get into the Halloween spirit with this spooky thriller! Rated PG-13 for thematic material, violence, terror and frightening images, and brief strong language. Registration is required. Register online. For teens.


SCARY/BAD MOVIE NIGHT

  • When: Thursday, Oct. 26, 4-5:30 p.m.
  • Where: Charles Page Library, 551 E. Fourth St., Sand Springs

Join us as we experience "Sharknado," a movie so bad it's scary! Rated PG-13. For ages 13 and older. Tweens may attend with parental approval.


NOT-SO-SCARY MONSTER PARTY

  • When: Thursday, Oct. 26, 6-7 p.m.
  • Where: Bixby Library, 20 E. Breckenridge, Bixby

Head to the Bixby Library for fun monster stories and games, and pumpkin decorating as we watch "Monster's, Inc." Pumpkins are provided by Carmichael's Produce. For ages 3-11. Limit 40. Call 918-549-7323 to register.

FILM ON THE LAWN: “E.T.”

  • When: Friday, Oct. 27, 6-10:30 p.m.
  • Where: Philbrook Museum of Art, 2727 S. Rockford Rd.

Don't miss E.T. in the Philbrook Gardens. Dress up in your best 80s-inspired Halloween costume and stay for a big surprise!
