Led by creative life coach Robin Green Tilly, this workshop blends friendship and learning with your playful and creative spirit.
You’ll leave the workshop with a renewed sense of self, a hand painted-inspirational treasure box and specific life coaching tools to help you create more time in your busy schedule to nurture your spirit and navigate the curves in your life. You will learn how to move from the list-creating slavery of left-brain thinking to your right brain where creative thinking reigns.
It’s like yoga for the brain. First you have to learn some practical moves.
No artistic talent required, just a desire to have fun while you learn how to make more room for joy.
