11 Weeks---How long can I wear maternity clothes post baby?
Up until the last couple of weeks, weight has been coming off pretty consistently. With breastfeeding and holding a baby 24/7, food was pretty low on my list of priorities. Now that the baby is sleeping more and is a little more independent I'm usually able to sit down for atleast one meal a day. I guess that meal can no longer be mac and cheese. In addition, I have my 10 year class reunion coming up in July. So not only do I need to lose the baby weight, I need to lose the "freshman 15 (or 20)" that I accumulated in college.
So it's time to get motivated. We purchased a running stroller at a garage sale, and the weather is making a turn. I've done Weight Watchers in the past with some success, but finding the time for the meetings could be tough. Journaling always seems to help...again I'd rather be sleeping. I said time to get motivated, not that I'm motivated.
